Our office needed a complete upgrade of our IT system. We contacted Connected 360, discussed with them what we wanted with regards to upgrading our IT system. Connected 360 suggested the IT improvements and implemented the changes within weeks of our initial discussions and planning. Connected 360 manages our IT infrastructure and we are happy with their services.

After our thorough review of our current clinic practices, Connected 360 guided us through the adoption of a modern cloud-based VoIP telphone system. By having enterprise level features available for our small business, our physicians and staff are able to work virtually, yet collaboratively. Embedded video conferencing makes team meetings and screen sharing quick and easy. We are also able to use call analytics to find further efficiences.During the process, Connected 360 provided IT advisory and support services beyond our initial expectations. They were able to assess what we were using; show us how to make better use of our current hardware/software; and provide suggestions for new technology that we adopted.

Connected 360 really helped my accounting firm get my IT in order. They removed all unnecessary complexity and really simplified things. We are always concerned about our client data and this was a big topic we had discussed. They have the ability to explain things to non-technical people so that we understand. • You truly get solutions and none of that extra stuff ……It’s natural to be skeptical about anything especially when it means anything to do with computers, tried many solutions providers but ended up with band-aid solutions that do not resolve the issue or a one stop solution designed for someone else.This is when I came across Connected360 through a good friend of mine.When I read their portfolio and listened to their proposal, I really felt that Connected360 guys understood our problem and knew what they were talking about, they customized a solution to meet our requirements, fix and resolve the problem resulting in increased productivity.Connected360 provided three solution (options) and we took a leap of faith and decided to go with one of their options, we can say confidently there are no regrets, our situation has changed, and we have become a total different working environment.Thanks guys …..

Connected 360 is great! Prior to having Connected 360 managing our IT we were trying to do things on our own. It was never fixed properly and we would constantly have issues. Connected 360 came in and did an assessment and provided solutions. Since having Connected 360 manage our IT our users have been able to work without issues. We are very happy to have them on board!

In 2018 we reached out to Connected 360 to get the network and IT systems up and running at our new medical clinic. They provided a complete proposal that had no surprises and the staff explained all the technical details so we could understand. They offered alternative solutions and reviewed the pros and cons of those options so we could make a final decision that we were happy with. After the initial set up the team at Connected 360 has provided excellent and prompt support. They have resolved issues quickly so downtime was minimally intrusive. Thanks Connected 360, we would highly recommend them!

Being an accounting firm its very important to make sure our data is safe and secure, also being apart of CPA Ontario one of the requirements is that our data be kept on Canadian soil. These people know their stuff when it comes to IT and accounting firms. They understand the software we use and work really well with all the software vendors we have.

I can't imagine how we would run our business without Connected 360 as our IT partner. They are all very friendly and always go above and beyond. I love that I can log into my servers and work from anywhere in the world as long as I have an internet connection. Once we moved over to Connected 360 it was literally a night and day difference compared to our previous IT company. We're really thankful to have them on our team.

The Kingdom Group has been a client of Connected 360 for just over a year now. They manage our entire IT setup. They have always been very supportive and very fast in acknowledging issues when I have them and getting them fixed faster than I expect. We use technology but we’re definitely not experts. Connected 360 is amazing.They are very responsive. I had an issue on a Saturday night submitted a ticket thinking I would have to wait until Monday to have the issue resolved. Nope! 20 minutes later the issue was resolved. The tech was amazing, and fixed whatever it was I broke. I got myself locked out of my own remote desktop.Good Job Connected 360!
